Chief Tourism Officer

Description:

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading organization in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for a Chief Tourism Officer. The successful candidate will lead and develop Tourism strategies that align with Vision 2030, drive growth in local and international Tourism, and ensure the commercial success of all Tourism-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute tourism strategies that promote Riyadh as a destination.
-Lead cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and partnerships.
-Manage full P&L responsibility, ensuring financial targets are met.
-Oversee the development of infrastructure, experiences, and events that drive tourism.
-Collaborate with government bodies and private sector stakeholders.

Profile:
-Saudi National (KSA passport holder).
-Proven leadership experience in tourism, hospitality, entertainment, or public sector.
-Strong commercial acumen with direct P&L ownership.
-Deep understanding of the regional tourism ecosystem.
-Visionary leader with ability to drive transformation and innovation.
