✅ Must-Have Requirements
🔹 Native Arabic speaker
🔹 Currently in Saudi Arabia with valid transferable Iqama
🔹 Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration (active)
🔹 Minimum 10 years of experience in civil engineering (focus on building projects)
🔹 Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
🔹 Deep understanding of local codes and Jeddah municipality regulations
