Description:

We are hiring a Civil Engineering Manager to lead the technical design office. You will be responsible for the structural integrity and civil design of massive urban expansion projects in Western KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

* Technical Leadership: Direct a team of structural, drainage, and utility engineers using BIM and Civil 3D.
Statutory Approvals: Liaise with Amanah (Municipality) and Civil Defense to secure all necessary technical permits.
Innovation: Integrate sustainable drainage systems (SuDS) and low-carbon concrete solutions into standard designs.
