We are currently looking for a qualified and strategic Commercial Director to join our leadership team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for a driven professional with strong commercial acumen and solid experience in the facilities management sector.

📌 Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• 8–12 years of experience in commercial leadership, business development, or strategic sales
• Mandatory experience in the facilities management, operations, or maintenance sectors
• Proven ability to develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with business goals
• Strong background in contract negotiation, budgeting, and financial planning
• In-depth knowledge of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems; advanced MS Office skills
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
