Description:
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Computer Technician / IT Support Technician to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate is passionate about the IT industry, eager to grow, and willing to learn new technologies in a short period of time. The role involves IT support, networking, CCTV, biometric attendance systems, and telephone systems for office and client environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Provide on-site and remote IT support to users
• Setup and manage Microsoft 365, Outlook, email systems, and backups
• Configure and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi networks, switches, routers, patch panels
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV systems (Dahua, Hikvision, etc.)
• Install and support biometric & attendance systems (ZKTeco and similar brands)
• Install and support PBX / IP telephone systems (Avaya, Grand stream, Panasonic)
• Perform basic structured cabling and troubleshooting
• Maintain system security, antivirus, and updates
• Keep proper IT documentation and asset inventory

Requirements
• Diploma in IT, Computer Hardware, Networking or equivalent hands-on experience
• Degree is NOT mandatory
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Computer Technician / IT Support
• Strong practical knowledge of Windows 10/11, hardware, and basic networking
• Hands-on experience with CCTV, biometric, and PBX systems
• Passionate about the IT industry with a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
