A leading Oil & Gas or EPC contractor (via recruitment partners like Michael Page) is seeking a Construction Director to oversee large-scale site execution and delivery. Reporting to the Project Director or CEO, leads construction teams, ensures on-time/budget completion, and maintains high safety/quality standards across complex projects.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Direct overall site coordination, contractor supervision, and resource management
• Oversee planning, execution, and handover of construction phases
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and change orders
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder communications

🔹 Leadership Expectations
• 15+ years in construction leadership, with 8+ in Oil & Gas or heavy industrial projects
• Proven delivery of multi-million/billion SAR projects (e.g., Aramco/EPC)
• Strong strategic oversight, problem-solving, and team leadership
• Regional GCC experience and certifications (e.g., PMP) advantageous
