Construction Director

Description:

A top-tier developer leading Vision 2030 flagship initiatives is seeking a Construction Director to oversee multimillion-dollar site operations and delivery excellence. You will drive strategic construction execution, manage massive teams, and ensure world-class standards on giga-scale projects.
This role will report to the CEO/Executive Board and be central to shaping and executing strategic growth programs.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall construction strategy, planning, and execution for portfolio projects
• Manage site operations, subcontractors, and resource allocation at scale
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, budget, and timeline targets
• Oversee value engineering, procurement, and stakeholder coordination
• Champion innovation, sustainability, and risk management across sites

• Proven background in construction leadership on GCC mega-projects (15+ years)
