Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of foundation construction activities to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure all foundation work meets the required standards and specifications.
• Manage and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity and minimize delays.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment and prevent accidents on the construction site.

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate and work in a remote area. Preferably someone who's worked in a remote area.
• At least 15 years of overall experience in large-scale projects such as dams, reservoirs, bridges, and tunnels.
• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
