Cost Controller

Description:

 Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Cost Control, preferably within the Restaurant / Hospitality industry
• Previous experience working with large-scale restaurants, restaurant groups, or multi-branch operations
• Strong knowledge of Food Cost, Beverage Cost, Recipe Costing and Menu Costing
• Experience with Inventory Control, Stock Taking, Variance Analysis and Waste Control
• Ability to monitor purchasing, receiving, storage and consumption
• Strong understanding of Recipe & Sub-Recipe Costing
• Experience preparing and analyzing Food Cost Reports and Cost Control Reports
• Strong Excel skills and good analytical abilities
• Ability to identify cost discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
• Experience working closely with Kitchen, Purchasing, Warehouse and Finance teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

⭐ Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in large restaurant groups, central kitchens, multi-branch restaurant operations or high-volume food & beverage businesses will be highly considered.
