Crane Electrician (heavy Equipment Division)

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Execute maintenance, troubleshooting, and electrical repairs for cranes and heavy equipment in full compliance with OEM specifications.
Accurately interpret diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and electrical schematics to guide precision-based service delivery.
Work across a versatile fleet of crane models, including:
Liebherr: LR1100, LR1130, LR1160, LR1200, LR1280, LR1300
Kobelco: CKE900-1F, CKE1350, CKE1800, CKE2500-2
Terex: CC2400-1, CC2800-1, CC2500-1, TEREX 1800
Other Premium Models: LTM Cranes and AC Cranes
Uphold technical performance standards with a focus on operational safety and project timelines.
Participate in project-specific overtime work as approved, supporting delivery excellence and service continuity.

Qualifications & Core Competencies
Minimum 3 years’ experience in crane electrics and heavy equipment maintenance, with hands-on exposure to listed crane models.
Proficient in electrical system diagnostics and repairs using OEM documentation and technical tools.
Familiarity with Saudi worksite norms and safety practices is an added advantage.
Team-oriented mindset with a solution-driven approach under operational pressure.
Ability to communicate effectively with multicultural teams and field supervisors.

Compensation & Benefits Package
Basic Salary: Up to 3,500 SAR (based on candidate assessment)
Food Allowance: 350 SAR monthly
Accommodation & Transport: Fully provided by company
Estimated Monthly Total: ~3,850 SAR
Work Hours: 8 hours/day, 48 hours/week
Overtime Compensation: Paid with prior approval based on project needs
Contract Tenure: 2 years (renewable)
Medical Insurance: Coverage per Saudi Labor Law
Annual Leave: 42 paid vacation days upon completion of contract
Travel Entitlement: Round-trip economy ticket after 2 years
