Description:

We're looking for a CRM & Data Analytics Specialist to manage CRM platforms (Braze, Salesforce, etc.), design lifecycle campaigns, and deliver actionable insights through data.

✅ Preferred Skills & Experience:

- Hands-on experience with Braze, Salesforce, or Oracle Responsys.
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation and behavior analytics.
- Experience in omni-channel marketing and performance tracking.
- Clear communicator with a strategic, data-driven mindset.
- Familiar with MarTech tools and marketing automation platforms.

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field
