Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with frameworks such as NCA, NIST, ISO, and ICAO
• Support internal & external audits and regulatory inspections
• Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and mitigation planning
• Maintain policies, procedures, and governance documentation
• Track KPIs and monitor cybersecurity performance metrics
• Prepare reports on incidents, compliance, risk, and performance
• Support budgeting, planning, and resource allocation
• Perform control assurance and security reviews
• Collaborate with GRC and cross-functional teams

 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity / IT / Risk Management
• 5–8 years of experience in GRC / Compliance / Risk
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks & audits
• Certifications preferred: CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
