Data Analyst

Description:

MLS is seeking a driven, analytical Data Analyst (fresh graduate / entry-level) to join their team and support data-driven operations within the Automotive sector in Jeddah.

Position Overview:

• Experience Level: Fresh Graduate / 0 to 1 year of experience

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and maintain operational data to support automotive logistics, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making.


• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive dashboards, operational reports, and performance KPIs.
• Support process mapping, workflow standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure strict data accuracy and reliability across all operational systems and reporting channel

• Support Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), billing, and related logistics applications.

• Identify key data trends and translate them into actionable insights to drive operational excellence.

• Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to collect information, resolve operational issues, and support evolving business requirements

Key Requirements & Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a closely related field.

• Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in Data Analytics (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

• Technical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, advanced proficiency in MS Excel, and working knowledge of SQL and Power BI.

• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
