Responsibilities

  • Perform data quality checks to ensure the integrity of information.
  • Organize and maintain electronic files and documents.
  • Collaborate with team members to address data-related inquiries.
  • Assist in the creation of reports and presentations as needed.
  • Follow data entry guidelines and best practices to maintain data accuracy.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance data entry efficiency.
  • Keep sensitive information confidential and secure.
  • Cross-verify data to eliminate discrepancies.
  • Respond to data entry requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized remote work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and superiors.
  • Attend training sessions to stay updated on software and data entry techniques.
  • Provide support for other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy targets.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent typing and data entry skills.
  • Basic knowledge of database management.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
