A leading organization undergoing enterprise modernization is seeking a Digital Transformation Director to drive large-scale transformation initiatives across technology, operations, and business processes.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in digital transformation or enterprise technology
• Proven leadership delivering large-scale transformation programs
• Strong background in automation, AI, cloud, and enterprise platforms
• Experience leading cross-functional technology teams
• Demonstrated ability to align digital strategy with business objectives
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
