Ductwork Supervisor

Description:

Supervise daily duct fabrication and assembly operations.
Ensure work meets quality standards and project deadlines.
Interpret HVAC and ductwork drawings/specs accurately.
Manage manpower, materials, and machinery efficiently.
Monitor safety compliance and implement 5S procedures.
Report progress and resolve production/fabrication issues.
🎯 Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's in HVAC, Mechanical, or Metal Fabrication.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in ductwork fabrication.
Ability to read and understand technical/shop drawings.
Basic AutoCAD skills for reviewing and marking layouts.
Strong leadership and workshop supervision experience.
Familiarity with duct fabrication tools and machinery.
✅ Candidate Criteria:
Age must not exceed 45 years.
Must be physically fit and present on the workshop floor.
