Description:
Electrician (Automotive Injection Moulding) – Saudi Arabia
Automotive manufacturing concern in Jeddah is seeking an experienced Saudi National Industrial Electricians to support electrical maintenance and plant reliability across Injection Moulding, Paint Shop, and Assembly operations.
Responsible for installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement of plant electrical systems to ensure safe and uninterrupted production.
REQUIREMENTS
- Trade qualification as Electrician
- 5-8 years experience in automotive manufacturing as a Qualified Electrician
- Experience in automotive industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens / Mitsubishi / Allen Bradley preferred)
- Experience with VFDs and motor control systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
- Experience with industrial control panels
- Knowledge of safety circuits and lockout procedures
- Basic understanding of robotics integration
- Willingness to work shifts if required
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assembly Plant
- Maintain automated assembly lines and control systems
- Troubleshoot sensors, vision systems, and torque control units
- Support poka-yoke systems and electrical safety devices
- Ensure smooth operation of conveyors and automation cells
Injection Moulding Plant
- Maintain and troubleshoot injection moulding machines (90T – 3300T range)
- Diagnose faults in PLC systems, sensors, heaters, and control panels
- Maintain barrel heaters, thermocouples, and temperature controllers
- Support robot integration and EOAT electrical connections
- Maintain cooling system controls and VFDs
Paint Plant
- Maintain paint line control panels and conveyor systems
- Troubleshoot oven control systems and temperature controllers
- Maintain motors, drives, and safety interlocks
- Support maintenance of pumps and automation systems
