Estimator And Quantity Surveyor

Description:

We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Estimator & Quantity Surveyor with 3-5 years of proven experience in the interior fit-out and joinery industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for high-end interior, joinery, glass, and aluminium works.


Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare accurate BOQs and cost estimates based on project drawings, specifications, and site requirements.
· Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and site visits.
· Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate costing.
· Evaluate and assess subcontractor quotations for cost efficiency.
· Assist in value engineering and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of materials, prices, and market trends within the interior fit-out and joinery sector.
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the interior fit-out, joinery, glass, and aluminium works industries.
· Proficient in BOQ preparation and cost estimation.
· Strong understanding of interior construction materials and finishes.
· Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
