Export Coordinator

Description:

Jameel International Co. Ltd. is expanding its export operations and looking for a talented Export Coordinator to join our global supply chain team at our Jeddah facility (First Industrial City).

🔹 What You Will Do:

Coordinate international export shipments

Prepare and verify shipping documents & invoices

Track shipments with carriers & overseas clients

Work with production & QC teams to ensure product export standards

Coordinate with customs & logistics authorities

Maintain export records for full traceability

Support process optimization & reduce logistics risks

🎓 Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field

1–2 years experience in food, manufacturing, or export coordination

Excellent English proficiency (Mandatory)

Strong organization, communication & ability to work under pressure
