Description:
The Fashion Graphic Designer owns the creation of original artwork, placement prints, all-over patterns, and branding graphics across our Intimate and Lingerie categories. This role blends market trend research with technical artwork production, translating seasonal trend and colour direction into commercially strong, wearable prints with a clear hierarchy of hero, secondary, and coordinating prints across the collection. Artwork is then built out in Adobe Illustrator as open, layered (.ai) files with accurate Pantone colourways and correct scale, ready for production and issued as part of the tech pack.

Qualifications and Skills
✔Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Textile Design, or Fine Arts; minimum 7 to 10 years’ experience in print or graphic design within Ladies apparel.
✔Proven experience developing prints for Intimate Wear, or Lingerie, with a strong, up-to-date portfolio demonstrating original print and pattern development
Technical Skills
✔Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for vector creation and complex image editing, producing open, layered (non-flattened) artwork files with accurate Pantone colour referencing and correct print scale, placement, and repeat for production.
✔Print Technology: Deep understanding of screen printing, direct-to-garment (DTG), sublimation, rotary printing, and embroidery limitations.
✔Tech Pack Creation: Ability to build detailed graphic specification sheets with precise measurements, placement guides, and execution callouts.
✔Strong colour sense and trend awareness, with the commercial judgement to keep prints wearable for the Daywear, Nightwear, and Lingerie customer.
✔Good organisation and time management, able to manage multiple artwork projects against critical path deadlines.
✔Clear communication skills to brief and guide vendors on artwork execution.
