A leading Saudi conglomerate is hiring a Finance Director to manage corporate finance, treasury, and operational financial performance across multiple business units.
Key Requirements:
10+ years in finance with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
Expertise in corporate finance, treasury operations, and capital management
Strong knowledge of IFRS and Saudi financial regulations
Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive financial efficiency
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA/CFA preferred
Responsibilities:
Lead corporate finance and treasury operations, budgeting, and forecasting
Optimize cash flow, liquidity, and funding strategies
Ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance
Drive cost management and performance improvement initiatives
Mentor and develop finance teams across the organization
Partner with senior leadership on strategic investment decisions
