Al Imtiaz Corner Logistics is growing fast in the e-commerce and logistics sector, and we’re looking for a Facilities Management (FM) Supervisor to keep our operations running at peak efficiency.

🔧 Your Role – Technical Excellence
✔ Supervise and lead the FM team on the warehouse floor
✔ Inspect, maintain, and repair key assets (A/C systems, docks, conveyors, goods lifts, packing machines, MHE, electrical fittings, shutters, shredders)
✔ Assign and monitor daily technical tasks, ensuring quality and timely completion
✔ Manage contractor works and material quality checks
✔ Support energy efficiency projects and facility upgrades
✔ Troubleshoot electrical systems & interpret electrical E-plans
✔ Monitor and control BMS systems
✔ Plan preventive maintenance to reduce disruptions

🦺 Your Role – HSE Commitment
✔ Identify hazards and mitigate risks within warehouse operations
✔ Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, SOPs, and electrical codes
✔ Promote a culture of workplace safety
✅ What We’re Looking For
🎯 4+ years’ experience in Facilities Management
🎯 Diploma in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
🎯 Electro-mechanical expertise
🎯 Strong knowledge of warehouse safety standards
🎯 Microsoft Office proficiency
🎯 English communication skills (manageable)
🎯 Valid KSA Driving License
