We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead digital transformation initiatives with strong technical and managerial capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a solid full stack development background, a strategic understanding of automation and AI/ML technologies, and proven experience in client engagement and agile project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end digital transformation projects, aligning technology with business value.
Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and translate needs into actionable features.
Guide development teams in implementing scalable full stack solutions using modern frameworks and cloud services.
Ensure delivery timelines and solution acceptance criteria are met through effective client interaction.
Embed AI/ML capabilities where applicable to enhance service intelligence or automation.
Champion agile methodologies and ensure team adherence to sprint planning, reviews, and continuous integration.
Bridge the gap between technical solutions and business goals, ensuring measurable impact and ROI.
Required Skills:
7+ years of experience in digital transformation, software engineering, or solution architecture.
Proven expertise in full stack development (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python/Java, REST APIs, React/Angular, Node.js, etc.).
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of AI/ML concepts (preferred: TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or similar).
Strong experience in client-facing roles, managing requirement workshops, feature demos, and delivery assurance.
Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks, with experience in Jira or similar tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with business process automation and linking IT outcomes to business KPIs.
