Job Role
- Lead the gelato section on your own
- Make fresh gelato, sorbets, and other cold desserts every day
- Use traditional Italian methods to create and test new flavors
- Keep work areas clean and safe
- Work with chefs to design dessert menus
- Take care of gelato machines and tools

Who We Need
- Men only, age 40 or below
- Must be living in the UAE with a valid residence visa (not visit or canceled visa)
- Can join immediately or within 1 month
- Must speak English well (Italian is a bonus)
- Experienced in gelato or pastry-making
- Creative and good at working alone
