🔑 Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Machine Learning models & systems.
1+ years of hands-on experience in LLMs & Generative AI techniques (prompt engineering, RAG, agents).
Strong coding skills in Python, LangChain/LangGraph, and SQL.
Experience driving technical roadmaps and leading engineering teams.
Cloud knowledge: Azure, GCP, or AWS.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business SMEs.
🎯 Roles & Responsibilities
LLM Development: Design, fine-tune, and deploy large language models using techniques like prompt engineering, RAG, and agent-based architectures.
Codebase Ownership: Deliver high-quality, efficient, and reusable code in Python (LangChain/LangGraph) and SQL.
Cloud Integration: Deploy Gen AI applications on Azure, GCP, or AWS, ensuring scalable, robust CI/CD.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product owners, data scientists, and SMEs to deliver business-aligned AI products.
Leadership & Mentoring: Guide engineers on best practices in ML and LLM development.
Continuous Innovation: Stay updated on Gen AI advancements, experiment with new techniques, and improve model performance.
