Genesys Engineer

 

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and support the Genesys Cloud CX platform
• Configure IVR flows, queues, routing, and user profiles
• Monitor system performance, licenses, and health
• Troubleshoot incidents and support problem resolution
• Assist in integrations with CRM systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Support release management, upgrades, and testing
• Work closely with internal teams and vendors
• Maintain documentation and provide operational support

🎯 Mandatory Skills:
✔ 7–10 years of IT experience with 3–5 years in Genesys Cloud
✔ Hands-on experience in IVR, routing, and configurations
✔ Good understanding of SIP, WebRTC, and telephony basics
✔ Experience in incident handling and troubleshooting
✔ Exposure to API/CRM integrations
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
