Description:

We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a GSM Tower Dismantling Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the dismantling process of GSM towers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and managing a team of riggers and workers.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the dismantling of GSM towers, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
• Manage a team of riggers and workers, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Inspect equipment and tools to ensure they are in proper working condition and meet safety standards.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions to promote a culture of safety among team members.
• Ensure that dismantling work is performed according to industry standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to plan and execute dismantling projects.
• Oversee the disposal of materials and waste generated during the dismantling process in accordance with environmental regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in dismantling GSM towers or similar structures.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to tower dismantling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Certification in rigging or relevant field is a plus.
