The ideal candidate must have strong experience working with reputed / premium brands in India and proven expertise in high-end suit cutting, pattern handling, and garment construction.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the cutting department for men’s suits
Perform precise fabric cutting based on patterns and measurements
Maintain premium quality standards in bespoke and ready-to-wear suits
Supervise and guide tailors and junior cutting staff
Coordinate with designers and production teams
Minimize fabric wastage and improve cutting efficiency
Ensure consistency in fit, finishing, and garment construction

🔹 Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Cutting Master – Suits
Mandatory experience with reputed / premium brands in India
Strong knowledge of:
Suit patterns
Measurements
Fabrics
Garment construction
Ability to handle both bulk and custom orders
Strong leadership and team management skills
