We’re working with a top-tier FMCG business in Riyadh that’s looking to hire a Head of Foodservice. Reporting directly to the Board. If you're someone who thrives on autonomy, loves building things from the ground up, and has deep roots in the Saudi Foodservice/HORECA world, this could be your moment.

🧭 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞
You’ll be taking charge of the entire Foodservice division across Saudi Arabia, with full P&L ownership. Leading Sales, Business Development and Operations. It’s a national-level mandate, so we’re talking real influence, real scale and real accountability.

💼 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫

15 years overall experience, with at least 5–6 years dedicated to the Foodservice/HORECA space in Saudi.

Someone who knows the KSA market inside out. You’ve built strong relationships with Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Airlines, Catering companies and Institutional clients.

You’ve done the hustle, closed the big accounts, and know how to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
