Raya Information Technology is looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to lead our commercial growth in Saudi Arabia. We’re seeking a senior leader who can drive revenue, lead high-performing sales teams, and expand our ICT & System Integration business across the Kingdom.
This role is perfect for someone who combines strategic vision, strong leadership, and full commercial accountability.

 Role Overview

•  Lead and guide the sales organization to consistently achieve and exceed targets
•  Shape and execute effective sales strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth
•  Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and strategic customers
•  Manage territory planning and account allocation to maximize team productivity
•  Mentor and develop sales managers, account managers, and technical sales teams
•  Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting accuracy, and overall team performance
•  Work closely with cross-functional teams including Pre-Sales, Project Management, Finance, and Customer Success
•  Contribute to leadership meetings and support overall business strategy

 Profile We’re Looking For
✔️ 10+ years of experience in ICT / System Integration sales
✔️ 7+ years leading sales teams in a management capacity
✔️ Strong track record within the Saudi market
✔️ Experience working with Government, Banking, and large enterprise accounts
✔️ Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise solutions
✔️ Experience managing revenue targets and P&L responsibilities
✔️ Strong consultative sales approach and executive communication skills
✔️ Fluency in Arabic and English
