An outstanding opportunity for a Head of Technology to lead digital strategy, systems integration, and innovation across large-scale infrastructure and urban development programs.


This role will play a key part in enabling smart infrastructure, data-driven decision-making, and technology-enabled project delivery.


Key Responsibilities

Define and lead enterprise-wide technology and digital transformation strategy.

Oversee IT systems, digital platforms, cybersecurity, and data governance.

Drive implementation of smart city, BIM, digital twin, and analytics solutions.

Partner with executive leadership to align technology with business objectives.

Manage technology vendors, system integrators, and internal teams.

Ensure scalability, resilience, and compliance across all technology platforms.

Candidate Profile.

Senior technology leadership experience within infrastructure, construction, or complex organizations.

Strong background in digital transformation, enterprise systems, and emerging technologies.

Experience leading large, multi-disciplinary technology teams.

Exposure to smart cities, infrastructure digitization, or giga projects highly desirable.
