Responsibilities:
Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning standards, guest service, and room preparation.
Deliver interactive and practical training sessions.
Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Ensure training content meets hospitality industry standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality or housekeeping operations.
Previous experience as a trainer/instructor is preferred.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Must be able to speak Urdu, Hindi, Bengali, and English fluently.
Knowledge of hotel cleaning procedures and guest satisfaction practices.
