We are delighted to be partnering with a progressive hospitality group in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to appoint a Hotel Manager / AGM for a spectacular luxury property.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced luxury hospitality leader to support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of resort operations. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, visible leader who drives operational excellence, elevates guest experiences, and delivers strong financial performance in a unique and dynamic environment.

Education, Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Minimum 10+ years’ progressive leadership experience within luxury hospitality
Significant exposure to resort, island, or luxury environments
Open to those from both an F&B and Rooms Division background
Demonstrated track record in driving guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial results in international luxury properties
Experience within a Forbes 5-Star environment preferred
Strong commercial acumen, including room revenue optimization & luxury guest journey design
Experience leading sustainability and responsible tourism initiatives
Fluency in English required; additional languages advantageous
High emotional intelligence with strong multicultural leadership capabilities
Visible, hands-on leadership style with strong guest engagement
