Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HSE strategy aligned with ISO 45001 & ISO 14001
• Lead audits, risk assessments, incident investigations
• Manage multinational HSE teams and contractor compliance
• Ensure regulatory compliance across GCC
• Drive zero-harm safety culture

Requirements:

•  Engineering / HSE Degree
•  15+ years Oil & Gas HSE experience
•  NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO Lead Auditor (pre
