Description:

Qualifications Required
* Experience: Minimum 5+ years of dedicated HSE experience within the maritime or related heavy industry.
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, or a relevant technical diploma along with NEBOSH IGC or IOSH Managing Safely certification.
* Knowledge: Deep understanding of local and international HSE standards.
* Skills: Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
Key Responsibilities
* Risk assessment and risk management (JSA, PTW).
* Daily field inspections to ensure strict PPE compliance and hazard identification.
* Accident and near-miss investigation with comprehensive reporting.
* Delivering toolbox talks and conducting HSE training for new hires.
* Environmental monitoring and legal compliance in marine operations.
* Emergency response planning and conducting regular fire drills.
