An exceptional opportunity has become available for an experienced and highly polished Interior Manager to join a prestigious ultra-luxury private Palace in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
This remarkable estate consists of multiple private residences and guest accommodations, expansive leisure and wellness facilities, luxurious spa areas, swimming pools, tennis and padel courts, as well as numerous formal and private entertaining spaces.
Reporting directly to the Palace Manager, the successful candidate will lead established teams, ensure seamless daily operations, and deliver a refined, highly personalised guest experience within an ultra-luxury private environment.

🌟 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Oversee all Housekeeping and F&B Service operations across the Palace
✔️ Lead, motivate, train, and manage established multicultural teams
✔️ Manage staff schedules, operational planning, and daily service requirements
✔️ Maintain exceptional presentation, organisation, and cleanliness standards throughout all residences and facilities
✔️ Implement, review, and maintain SOPs and ultra-luxury service procedures
✔️ Ensure personalised and discreet guest service at all times
✔️ Coordinate VIP visits, private events, formal entertaining, and special functions
✔️ Manage interior inventories, purchasing procedures, and operational controls
✔️ Maintain polished communication with senior management and the Principal

✅ Candidate Profile
✔️ Previous experience as an Interior Manager, Villa Manager, Palace Manager, Property Manager within an HNWI private residence or palace
✔️ Strong operational background in both Housekeeping and luxury F&B Service is essential
✔️ Proven experience managing multicultural teams within ultra-luxury environments
✔️ Excellent leadership, organisational, and team development skills
✔️ Fluent English communication skills are essential plus an aditional European, CIS, Balkan, or Afrikaans language
✔️ Highly discreet, polished, detail-oriented, and service-driven personality
✔️ Strong understanding of luxury etiquette, formal service, and private household operations
✔️ GCC experience is mandatory
