💡 What you’ll work on:
• Leading full lifecycle analysis: BRD, FRD, user stories, AS‑IS/TO‑BE mapping
• Translating business requirements into robust capital markets functional solutions
• Supporting enhancements across Murex, Calypso, Bloomberg AIM, Fidessa, and market data platforms
• Configuring & validating key Murex areas: Front Office, Risk, Back Office, MxML, Datamart
• Working with enterprise PMO on delivery governance, RAID logs, scope control & project reporting
• Supporting UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and production validation
• Driving integration initiatives across OMS/PMS, risk, finance, data warehouse & regulatory systems
• Ensuring alignment with CMA, SAMA, IFRS, and internal governance
• Collaborating with Front Office, Risk, Compliance, Operations & Technology stakeholders
• Supporting go‑live, hypercare, and post‑implementation stabilization

🎯 We’re looking for someone who:
✔️ Brings 7–10 years of hands‑on BA experience in capital markets, brokerage, treasury, or investment banking
✔️ Has strong functional expertise across trading, risk, settlement, and reporting
✔️ Has real configuration/implementation exposure in Murex or Calypso
✔️ Understands trade lifecycle, pricing, risk, and settlement workflows end‑to‑end
✔️ Has worked with MxML integrations, APIs, and downstream system feeds
✔️ Understands CMA/SAMA regulatory requirements and reporting
✔️ Communicates clearly, challenges requirements intelligently, and documents with precision
✔️ Can work independently in fast‑paced, delivery‑focused environments
✔️ Is already based in Saudi Arabia (Jeddah preferred)
