The IT Business Partner – HR will play a strategic role in bridging technology with human resources, driving digital innovation across the HR function. This role involves collaborating closely with HR leadership to identify system requirements, manage HR tech implementation, and deliver data-driven solutions that elevate talent management and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a strong understanding of HR processes and a passion for transformative technology.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in IT, HR technology, or digital transformation roles within HR environments.
• Hands-on experience with systems such as HRIS, ATS, performance management, and employee engagement tools.
• Strong data analysis skills and a proven ability to use metrics to drive HR strategy.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Languages: Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Open to Saudi and non-Saudi nationals.
