Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and implement IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ISO 27001, ITIL)
- Ensure compliance with laws and policies (PDPL, PCI)
- Conduct IT risk assessments and manage audits
- Drive awareness and training across the organization
- Report governance performance to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in IT governance, risk & compliance
- Strong project management (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
- Excellent communication & stakeholder skills
- Proficiency in project management tools
