Description:

Requirements:
5–8+ years of IT support experience.
Experience in Food & Beverage retail or manufacturing environments preferred.
Strong knowledge of POS systems, networking, and IT infrastructure.
Experience supporting multi-branch retail operations and production facilities.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced operational environments.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily IT helpdesk operations.
Maintain POS systems, ERP systems, networks, and end-user devices.
Manage IT incidents and system performance to reduce downtime.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and IT solutions.
Ensure system availability for retail and production operations.
Maintain cybersecurity, data protection, and backup systems.
Train and lead helpdesk staff to maintain service standards.
