📋 Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in IT or Telecom enterprise applications delivery
• Proven experience leading large cross-functional technical teams
• Strong SLA and KPI governance experience
• Solid technical background across enterprise IT domains
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
• ITIL certification required
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
