🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee end-to-end IT project management, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
✅ Define objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
✅ Develop and track project plans, milestones, and resource allocation.
✅ Identify and mitigate risks, resolving conflicts with effective contingency plans.
✅ Foster cross-functional collaboration to align with organizational goals.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔ 3+ years of IT project management experience in the banking/fintech sector.
✔ Expertise in accounting platforms and API projects like Open Banking.
✔ Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Scrum & Agile).
✔ Excellent stakeholder communication & leadership skills.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
✔ PMP certification preferred.
