Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/ERP) implementation projects
Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
Collaborate with internal teams, financial stakeholders & third-party vendors
Deliver regular updates to senior stakeholders
Identify and mitigate project risks
Drive agile delivery using the Spotify Agile methodology
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal standards

🔹 Requirements:

5+ years of experience in IT Project Management
Proven success in Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/ERP) implementation
Experience in banking or financial services
Fluent in Arabic & English
PMP certification (preferred)
Strong stakeholder management & reporting skills
Experience working in agile teams
