🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects across timelines, budgets, and scope
✅ Define clear objectives, deliverables, and success metrics
✅ Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholder communications
✅ Identify risks and issues with strong mitigation strategies
✅ Track progress and report timely updates
✅ Manage project budgets and optimize resource utilization
✅ Align IT efforts with business goals and strategies
✅ Drive PM best practices and foster collaboration

🔹 Ideal Candidate:
✔️ Minimum 5+ years in IT Project Management (Banking sector preferred)
✔️ Bachelor’s in IT / Computer Science (Master’s is a plus)
✔️ PMP or equivalent certification 🎯
✔️ Proficiency in MS Project / Jira / PM tools
✔️ Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and IT governance frameworks
✔️ Excellent leadership, communication & stakeholder management skills
✔️ Experience in infrastructure, software, and integration projects
