It Support Engineer

Description:

The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience with system setup, Azure administration, Oracle Linux troubleshooting, and basic database operations.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Device setup & configuration for laptops, desktops, and peripherals
• Installation and support of 3rd-party software
• Provide 1st & 2nd level technical support
• Manage and troubleshoot Oracle Linux environments
• Support and maintain JBoss servers and applications
• Azure user and access administration
• Basic SQL troubleshooting & database maintenance
• Server, log, and job monitoring for performance & uptime
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors

🎓 Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of IT support / system administration experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Oracle Linux, and Azure
• Familiarity with JBoss, SQL, and server operations
• Experience with 3rd-party software support
• Excellent troubleshooting & communication skills
