Description:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused **IT Support Specialist** to join our team and provide technical support across the organization.
🔹 **Key Responsibilities**
✅ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
✅ Support desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and network devices
✅ Manage and troubleshoot Wi-Fi connectivity and general IT infrastructure
✅ Support Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications
✅ Respond to user requests and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
✅ Maintain IT equipment and assist with system upgrades and installations
✅ Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and user satisfaction
🎓 **Requirements**
✔️ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
✔️ Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting
✔️ Experience supporting desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, networks, Wi-Fi, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and IT infrastructure
✔️ Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
✔️ Experience in a school or educational environment is preferred
✔️ Ability to work independently and manage multiple support tasks
