It Technical Support Specialist

 

Description:

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues
– Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
– Troubleshoot connectivity issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, etc.)
– Manage user accounts and access in Active Directory
– Support Microsoft Office 365 and cloud applications
– Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
– Assist with onboarding/offboarding and new system setups
 Qualifications:

– 1–3 years of experience in IT support or similar roles
– Strong understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365 & basic networking
– Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
– Ability to multitask and manage requests effectively
– Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
