The Role:
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective ITIL training sessions to professionals, assisting them in achieving certification and enhancing their service management capabilities. Courses may be scheduled on weekdays or weekends, in various formats (in-person or virtual).

Requirements:
- Certification: Must hold a valid ITIL Practitioner certificate (higher ITIL certifications are a plus).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of practical, hands-on experience working with ITIL frameworks in a professional environment.
- Training Skills: Proven experience in training delivery for adult learners, with excellent presentation and communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
- Availability: Must be fully available to conduct training sessions, with no current professional commitments preventing acceptance and fulfillment of training assignments.
- Location: Based in Saudi Arabia, with the ability to travel for in-person sessions as required.
