Description:

We're seeking an IT L1 Support Technician to provide technical assistance and support to users. You'll handle helpdesk calls, emails, and tickets, resolving basic computer and network issues.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Answer helpdesk calls and support tickets
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
- Guide users to fix simple issues
- Escalate complex problems to L2/L3 support teams
- Record issues and solutions in the ticketing system

*Requirements:*
- 2+ years of experience in IT support
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking
- Good communication skills in English
- Friendly and helpful attitude
- Ability to work in shifts or weekends if needed

*Education:*
- Diploma or Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft MTA) are a plus
