🛠 Requirements:
🇸🇦 Saudi nationality (mandatory)
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
📜 ITIL Certification (preferably ITIL 4)
📅 Minimum 3 years experience in IT Service Management or IT Operations
🖥 Strong background in ticketing systems & ITSM tools
📊 Excellent analytical & communication skills, with experience in reporting & documentation
🌐 Proficiency in Arabic & English (advantage)
